Congressweenies (who got paid their $130k/year salaries while grandstanding for 9 months) decided to give $600 back to the tax paying, unbooted, unhorsed and unwashed masses.
This only applies to people masking less than $75k/yr.
That's roughly 175.8 million people for a total of $104.3 billion.
The bailout was $900 billion.
