The One She Used To Be - Inspiration

It came on fairly quickly.

I noticed that she had problems remembering why we were walking to the pond ten minutes after I said there were deer swimming down there. A couple of months later she couldn't remember my name, but smiled when she saw me.

Now she is more or less catatonic.

I've known her and her husband for years.

He's taking care of her as opposed to putting her away.

We can only hope she's not aware of what is happened to her.
