The Media are the 1%

Sean Hannity of Fox News spends his time trying to convince Mr and Mrs Sixpack that their problems are caused by America's elite class.

He is correct.

America's problems are caused by elites. Elites like Sean Hannity who drag in roughly $36 million per year as a professional distraction.

Do you remember Occupy Wall Street? Do you remember how desperately the corporate news media was smearing and mocking the protesters? It's as if the news media realized the outcome of the protests might be that the top 1% of wage earners in the US might actually be forced to pay a proportional tax rate.

The horror.

When the New York Times published their excellent (Pulitzer prize winning) investigation into Donald Trump's $413 million dollar inheritance it received hardly a half news cycle in coverage. There was enough info and intel in that article to get some serious state and federal heat on Comrade Bonespurs if the media decided to crank the heat up.

They didn't.

There might have been a movement towards fair taxes across the board.

There is no way the news millionaires want that to happen.
