News Media Goes Full On Stupid

There were 15,498 murders in the US in 2018 and 701 in the UK.

So, if there's a stabbing in London the headlines in the US should scream, "Stabbing Attack in London!!!!!!!!".

And........checks the internet......that's exactly what the mainstream US news weasels decided should be the main headline item today.

What a ginormous shock.

I guess 123,253 knife assaults in the US in 2018 weren't exciting enough to warrant any headlines.

Is it any wonder why so many people think the mainstream US news media is riddled with CIA psychological operatives who are clearly bored out of their minds and just mailing it in at this point?

The least they could do is have some fun with it.

How about, "Study Says Being Sarcastic to Gerbils Cures Erectile Dysfunction!!" as a headline?

or:

"Free Health Care Causes Your Sports Team to Lose in Playoffs!!!"

or maybe:

"We're Not Even Trying Anymore!!!!".
